There's been an arson arrest after a fire on Staten Island, a fire that seems to have started from an "adults only" source. Harry Torres has been charged with two counts of arson for the fire on North Burgher Avenue on Staten Island that spread to two neighboring houses - and a couple of vehicles. The Fire Marshall says the 37-year-old admitted to setting two rubber sex toys on fire. They somehow started the blaze. He's also charged with reckless endangerment and criminal mischief. No one was inside at the time, or was injured.
