A 13-year-old boy was assaulted Saturday after accidentally hitting a passing car with Play-Doh near San Carlos Park, Florida. Deputies say the driver turned around, chased the boy, and stomped on his head during the attack. The incident was caught on video, and authorities are asking the public for help identifying the attacker who fled in a blue Honda.
