A puppy is recovering after it had to be revived with Narcan earlier this week in St. Louis. It happened as a woman in her 30s was being treated at Barnes Jewish when healthcare workers noticed her ten-week-old dog was showing signs of drug overdose. The opioid antidote was administered and its owner arrested on charges including animal abuse.
