An Ohio woman says a surgeon operated on the wrong leg. Talisia Foster went in for an ACL repair on her left knee at the University of Toledo Medical Center in 2023 but says her doctor mistakenly removed a healthy tendon from her right leg. The physician reportedly said that the error was noticed after the healthy tendon had already been removed. Foster is now suing the doctor and UTMC.
