A dozen people are detained in France after allegedly stabbing nearly 150 people with syringes at a nationwide street festival over the weekend. It happened in several cities across the country, as people were out and about enjoying music and festivities. No word on what was in the syringes but some victims -- including children -- reported feeling sick after the jabs. Authorities say they are carrying out toxicology tests.
